Gothic, that is. One of two state capitols with Gothic styling (since you asked, the other is New York’s, in Albany), it’s a real masterpiece! In fact, it’s so cool it’s almost spooky! Pointed arches (my mother told me it’s not polite to point), a square rotunda (rotunda means round), unusual carvings in the stone and fancy stenciling all over everything, make it hard to quit looking. And there are statues all over the place!
