e-session
Benjamin and Heidi came by the studio this afternoon to finalize photo arrangements for their wedding next summer and then we skipped off to (can you guess?) a certain place for some photos.
It was another beautiful day in the city of the French King; birds sang and soared and lovers prowled. The grass was a bit on the soggy side, due to the previous week’s rain, but we didn’t let it dampen our spirits. We started at the Vandeventer Gates, between the Jewel Box and the central fields, wandered to the Muny and then down the hill to the World’s Fair pavilion. As we were passing the boathouse, I was greeted by Brishen (one of my photo assistants), her boyfriend Josh and their friend Patrick. As we were chatting, along came another Patrick, whom I met one evening not too long ago in front of the Art Museum (he’s been doing some good night photography around the park - you can see it here).
Love and marriage - kinda cool, really. They just sorta go together like... well (this may sound a bit old fashioned), like a horse and carriage. I think I got some pretty good photos of B & H, and you can see them here.
