I do believe I’ve told you this already, but Forest Park does indeed have a forest! It also has meadows, lakes, hills, creeks, and an incredible ambience that you just won’t find in any other place.

There are also lots of birds. They were watching me. I can’t say that I blame them, as I was creeping through their woods looking for things to shoot. The Robins were the most common; if there was one there were a dozen, flitting here and there, all with a wary eye on me. It is a good place to sit and watch, those woods, if only I hadn’t promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep. Photos.
