Another blustery day
One of the joys of Spring is the Blustery Day. I’ve written about other blustery days, Winnie-the-Pooh encountered them, and they’re great for flying kites! I didn’t have a kite to fly, so I just hugged my coat tightly and watched the action.
In addition to the golfers on the golf course, there were women doing yoga, ducks squabbling, swallows dipping and swooping, Flickers flashing (it’s legal for birds), golfers golfing (seems natural), high schoolers posturing (also natural), the orangest jogger I’ve ever beheld (jogging, of course), The Lone Seagull (High-Ho, Silver, away!), and a small tree-climbing bird I’ve not seen before.
Naturally I wound up spending a lot more time in the park than I meant to. Would you like to see?
