Almost blown away
Like yesterday, but more so, it was windy today. How windy? Some of the gusts threatened to knock me off my bicycle! I set out for the park at 4:15 after a busy day of meetings, poster and copy jobs and contacting clients, knowing I needed to be back at my studio for a 7:30 appointment. Not a lot of time for someone who is interested in almost everything!
At first I dawdled by the side of US 40 and watched the big machines move dirt (I can dig it, yes, I can). Then I found myself passing the Jewel Box and seeing the tulip riot (down in cell block number 9).
I’ve got something for everyone today; babies (cute!), unidentified bird, landscapes, a Saint, flower power, flotsam, a still life and plenty of artsy tilts. Go on, take a look!
