Twilight Tuesday
Forest Park is a popular place for a reason - it’s just a great place to be! I frequently meet people I know there, and today was no exception. On my way out of the park I wandered through where Art and Moe, the Great Horned Owl adolescents, were cavorting under the watchful eyes of their parents and came upon Jerry & Judy, friends from my daughter’s school. As we paused by the Boathouse to discuss the animal life of the park, Mark, the Owlficinado, and his girlfriend Wendy caught up with us and joined the conversation. But wait, that was the end of the evening, let me back up a little.
I was in the park today to photograph Jon & Stephanie, whose wedding I will be photographing on September 19. We had a great time wandering around the east side of the park and when we were done, I wandered over to meet my wife at the History Museum for the Twilight Tuesday concert featuring Friendz. Everybody was there (including Dave and Ann, friends from antediluvian days), and you should know that if you weren’t... well, then, look at these.
